Annual community and family oriented events such as: CabotFest, July Fourth celebration, Strawberry Festival and a Christmas parade draw residents together for festive activities. The City is also home to a multi-screen movie theater, roller rink, a children’s indoor inflatable jump arena, a state of the art bowling alley and a community theater that features live entertainment.
Cabot’s outstanding school district, one of the largest in the state, serves the cities of Cabot, Austin and Ward. The district provides some 10,000 + students with a challenging curriculum. Cabot schools are known for high academic achievement and top-ranked athletic programs. Community focus on education is a major reason why Cabot’s population steadily grows. Neighborhood schools are located throughout the city.
